Intended recipient
This email and its attachments are intended for the addressed recipient and may contain confidential business or personal information. If you received it in error, please notify the sender, avoid using or forwarding the contents, and delete the message and copies you control, subject to any legal obligation to retain them.
The business and its authority
The sender's business details and the relevant quotation or contract identify the business involved: SBS Waterprufe Trading CC, SBS Gutters (Pty) Ltd or SBS Holdings, as applicable. A group name or shared email domain does not make every group business a party to the communication.
An email may record a binding instruction, agreement or acceptance where the applicable law, authority and contract provide for it. This notice does not cancel valid agreements or exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. General comments or AI-assisted drafts do not by themselves amend an agreed specification, price, warranty or contract; obtain confirmation from an authorised SBS representative when necessary.
Payment requests, attachments and links
Verify an unexpected request to change banking details or make a payment using an independently known contact number. Do not rely only on the reply address or telephone number in the request. Take reasonable care when opening attachments and links.
Personal information
SBS handles personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Mailbox deletion does not necessarily remove original business correspondence kept for legitimate project, warranty, accounting or legal purposes. Use the contact in that policy for a personal-information request.
