These terms govern use of SBS website information and online enquiry services. They do not replace the quotation, contract, scope, warranty or project terms agreed for work performed by the relevant SBS business. The business involved is identified in the relevant documents: SBS Waterprufe Trading CC, SBS Gutters (Pty) Ltd or SBS Holdings, as applicable.
Information and enquiries
Website information describes SBS services in general. Conditions and failures vary between properties; it is not a substitute for a site assessment, specification or written quotation where required. Submitting an enquiry, photographs or an inspection request does not by itself create a contract or guarantee that SBS will undertake work. The applicable quotation, acceptance, contract and payment terms govern a project.
AI-assisted communication
SBS may use automated or AI-assisted tools to support information handling and communication. Outputs may require confirmation by an authorised representative. They do not independently amend a quotation, contract, warranty or technical specification. Staff must review material business decisions and communications within their authority.
Acceptable use and content
Use the website for legitimate information and enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person or use automated means that disrupt the service. SBS owns or is authorised to use its website content, branding and project material unless otherwise stated. Use beyond what the law permits requires the relevant permission.
Third-party services and availability
Links and embedded services can be subject to their providers' terms and privacy practices. SBS aims to keep its own information accurate and available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that general information is always complete or current. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
